Questions
How long until my candle ships?
Everything is made to order and ships in 2-3 business days.
What's shipping cost?
Flat $7 anywhere in the US, however many candles you order. I don't ship internationally yet; the glass doesn't survive the trip and I'd rather not take your money for a broken candle.
How do I burn it properly?
First burn: three to four hours, so the wax pools all the way to the edge. Trim the wick to a quarter inch every time before you light it. Never past four hours in one sitting.
What's in the wax?
100% soy wax. I chose soy because it burns much cleaner than traditional wax, so you can feel good about lighting it around the people you love.
What's your return policy?
Every candle is poured just for you, so there are no refunds. If yours arrives broken, email me a picture of it and I'll pour you a replacement.
Do you take custom orders?
